In 2018 Melbourne’s East Brunswick All Girls Choir returned with their sophomore studio album, “Teddywaddy” which was as intensely visceral as anything they have recorded to date. The record was co-produced with Anna Laverty (Courtney Barnett, Loose Tooth).

Majestic blues-rock ‘n’ eruptive punk exorcisms from the Melbourne ensemble, the album encompasses the elements of both smouldering studies of isolation and open-air eruptions of catharsis, inspired by the small Victorian town “Teddywaddy.”

The most profound and riotous statement of the band’s career, anchored at every turn by the ragged glory of Hobbs’ eruptive singing and the piercing details of his lyrics.
