Gut Health, a six-piece dance-punk ensemble from Naarm/Melbourne, delivers their debut album, Stiletto. Recorded in 2023 with Julian Cue and band members Dom Willmott and Adam Markmann, the album was mixed by Portland’s Evan Mersky on a 24-track reel-to-reel tape machine. 

Stiletto offers an immersive ten-track journey through dancefloor-ready soundscapes, blending infectious rhythms, hypnotic bliss, and chaotic noise. The album showcases the band’s ability to shift between atonality and melodicism, creating unpredictable, kaleidoscopic soundscapes backed by a groove-heavy rhythm section that reflects their diverse musical influences.
