Australian punk icons, Little Ugly Girls, formed in the early ’90s but have just released their official debut album, self-titled as “Little Ugly Girls.” This album is a compilation of recordings spanning over two decades, including recent sessions and tracks that lay dormant for years due to a damaged hard drive.

Despite having shared stages with Bikini Kill, The White Stripes and Fugazi, their recorded catalog until now consisted mainly of ’90s cassettes and a three-track CD-R. “Little Ugly Girls” finally captures them at their best, delivering intense punk noise with Linda’s powerful lyrics and impassioned delivery.
